Dedicated To Making Customers Happy When I met Danny Colon, I could tell immediately that he was going to do everything he could to give me a great deal on a 2018 Nissan Rogue that I abs When I met Danny Colon, I could tell immediately that he was going to do everything he could to give me a great deal on a 2018 Nissan Rogue that I absolutely love. He had so much patience, understanding, and was so kind to my 80-year-old dad who had a lot of difficulty understanding the leasing/credit process. Danny is honest, extremely knowledgeable and would not let me drive off the lot without introducing me to the service department’s location. He also explained every detail of the car with EXCEPTIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND EASE! I will definitely recommend Danny to friends and family and will be back in 3 years when the lease on my Rogue is over. Hall of Fame, All-Star, and MVP Performance!! The lease for my 2015 Nissan Rogue was ending in August, and I was looking to replace with a new 2018 Rogue, with the new technologies and accessories The lease for my 2015 Nissan Rogue was ending in August, and I was looking to replace with a new 2018 Rogue, with the new technologies and accessories that the vehicle now offered. I first visited the Nissan dealership at which I leased the 2015 Rogue, having been happy with what I felt was a good lease deal, and good sales and service. Knowing that end of the 2018 model year deals and promotions were in place from Nissan, I was expecting competitive lease rates. I was surprised by the lease rate I was quoted....and decided to shop around. I would visit Koeppel Nissan. I am a salesperson's nightmare, I will admit, lol, but try to get the best deal possible, and the most bang for my buck. I got much more than that from Koeppel, and my salesman, Danny Colon. A real professional, gentleman, and true to his word. He was most patient in listening to my preferences, and desire to cut to the chase, get the bottom line price, and to close a deal we could all be happy with. Danny, along with the managers Joe and Mike, as well as the finance manager, were all about customer service and satisfaction. I am looking forward to a great relationship with Koeppel Nissan, and trust the service department will be equal to the sales department as I enjoy my new 2018 Nissan Rogue! Danny Colon made it an excellent experience, and I will turn to him first when shopping to replace my other leased vehicle in a few months time. Kudos to Danny, and Koeppel Nissan!!! More

Each time he has taken as much time as we needed to feel comfortable and be sure we understood all our options. He is one of the main reasons we continue to return to Koeppel. Danny and his manager, Joe, acted swiftly to prevent an issue that could have arisen. We appreciate their immediate attention. We have always left this dealership feeling we have been treated very fairly and made the best deal possible. This is our first experience working with Sean in the finance department. We deeply appreciated his honesty in his assessment of our needs. A Professional And Enviting Environment Sales dealerships are a bit of a bipolar experience for many. Customers come with financial , vehicle and hospitable expectations. We knew what we Sales dealerships are a bit of a bipolar experience for many. Customers come with financial , vehicle and hospitable expectations. We knew what we wanted and wanted a seemless experience but expected nothing. They blew us away. Danny was a gentleman sitting down with me narrowing down trim levels , features and price points. He was so clear and parient. So enjoyable to be with , he inspired confidence in our decisions. Mngr Joe was as pleasant to meet as ever. They listened to anything we said with an open ear and never had a speechlong rebutle as an answer. We felt as free as ever and became even more excited to take possesion of our new car. Joe and Danny handled the paperwork knowing we had no patience in our blood and I can truly say I cannot believe how quickly our vehicle was prepped and avail to be taken with all the admin work complete. All the while staff conversed with us and won us over throughout our time there. We had a good time looking at other high end models. Dont write off the experience with the financial office either. Inviting and warm he was aware of our lack of patience and presented products and services on a tablet in menu form like we were going out to dinner. Classy and not intimidating at all. A perfect ending only to be topped by everyone wishing you well as you leave in your new car as if your sailing away on vacation aboard a cruise ship. Just perfect. More

Wish I could rate them lower Deceptive, fast talking salesmen and sales managers who will tell you what you want to hear until they get your money. Not enough space here to go into all the details but the salesmen misled me on the phone about the condition of vehicle, when I arrived there to purchase the vehicle, it was not even there. When it did arrive, it was dirty inside and out and not in the "immaculate" condition I was told. I agreed to buy it if they detailed it and put gas in it while we did the paperwork. 4 hours later they just ran it through a car wash and I drove off to discover the car was still out of gas. When I arrived home and cleaned the tape residue and film of dirt off the windshield, I discovered a crack. The sales managers there are unwilling to do anything about it, other than to tell me I shouldn't have bought the car if it wasn't "up to my standards". While I was there, I heard another customer getting upset that they were trying to bait and switch him, the car he came to buy was at "another location" and they were trying to get him to buy another vehicle. So if you decide to go to this dealership, you better check the car out carefully, don't believe anything they tell you and hope you don't have any issues afterward. Makes me wonder about all of the positive reviews they have... More
