It was a pleasure dealing with Security Dodge for our new Ram. Everyone we dealt with from Joe in Sales, Tom in Finance and Giuseppe in Management were great. Also the young lady who showed us all the featur Ram. Everyone we dealt with from Joe in Sales, Tom in Finance and Giuseppe in Management were great. Also the young lady who showed us all the features in the new truck, she was awesome and new her stuff. I am sorry I don't remember her name but she helped a great deal understanding all the features the truck has to offer. I highly recommend Security Dodge and their team. Joe C is a great salesperson had a great experience with him. Went home tonight feeling bad that he works with such an incompetent rude finance guy. The “finance director” Raja has either never attended a t him. Went home tonight feeling bad that he works with such an incompetent rude finance guy. The “finance director” Raja has either never attended a training or just has no class. Grown man can’t even stand up from his desk to introduce himself or even shake your hand. Left his office not knowing his name or title. Refused to speak to me or anyone else can only speak to the “applicant.” Just a way of dodging questions of the b/s he’s pulling. Changed the lease payment $80 a month after being provided with the utility bill and insurance with little explanation. Good luck to you raja hopefully your next customer is as dumb as you are. More
