Purchased a new car from Joe Craig, he was very easy to work with, and even came in on his day off to deliver our car and help us learn the controls and features. Joe always makes a point to come over and say hello anytime I'm in the dealership (for parts, service, dropping off a car, whatever) As far as service, we bring all our cars to Keystone for service. Mike, Pete, and Ben are always helpful and friendly, and give good advice on what needs to be (and what doesn't needs to be) fixed. I can always call with a question and find out whether a problem is something urgent or whether it can wait for a future service. More

If I had a "bulb failure" problem they would take me in immedidately to fix it - no appointment! I recently purchased a XC60 AWD from Keystone and actually left with a smile on my face. I have been waiting for the perfect used car to come my way and my patience paid off and am now the proud owner of a 2nd Volvo bought from Keystone. I wouldn't have it any other way but to put my 16 year old in a safe dependable car. As scary as it will be to watch him pull out of the driveway, knowing he will be better protected gives me peace of mind. Joe is confident,reassuring and highly well, believable.
