I can't say enough about what a wonderful buying experience I had at Keystone Motors. Joe Craig is the real deal. There is a reason he keeps getting 5 stars on DealRater! From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I felt at ease. Being a clinical social worker, I am very particular about individuals I work with. Being from Jersey, I am use to slick salesmen. Joe was very straightforward, honest, and non pushy. He gave an accurate assessment of the car and always followed up immediately with phone calls etc. He and his team were able to work with the price and financing of the car in order to meet my budget. I enjoyed the experience so much that I personally chose to drive an hour and a half to purchase a car from Joe. He was kind and flexible enough to stay past working hours (not recommending you make this guy do this!) to make my purchase. The car was beautifully detailed and filled with gas and I left the dealership with a smile on my face. We purchased a new Volvo 240 from Jack Stein at Keystone Motors back in February of 1979 for $9065.60. We continue to purchase, lease, and have our Volvos serviced at Keystone Motors, and hopefully will do so for the NEXT 34 years! More

I have just purchased my 3rd car from Doylestown Keystone Motors. I also talked my daughter into purchasing a Volvo. Rich sold us all 4 cars!! Whenever I walk in the door Rich greets me with a smile and w Motors. I also talked my daughter into purchasing a Volvo. Rich sold us all 4 cars!! Whenever I walk in the door Rich greets me with a smile and welcoming manner. He has given me his personal cell phone number for any problems and one time I actually needed to call him on a Friday evening. He treated me like he was on the clock and in the most professional and caring manner. It seems like Rich can always finds a way to make each car affordable so the price seems right for the quality of car. As far as the service department goes...oh my gosh, they are just amazing!! They look up and greet you with a smile. They know your name and bring up your record on the computer within minutes. They always seem genuine in their concerns and will give you hours of their time if needed. They don't ever seem like they are in a hurry. I can never figure it out. There always seems to be a lot of customers but they never seem hurried or impatient. I have never had to bring any car back because the problem was not fixed, that is if it was under their control. I hope that your company realizes how fortunate you are to have an outstanding dealership like you do and that what makes Keystone so unique are the wonderfully friendly, concerned, motivated, and professional people. It is rare to find a place where you walk in the door and feel like you are at home when you are there to get your car fixed. Thank you for your attention! More

I bought a used car on line from Joe Craig, his description of the car was excellent, his honesty and availability to all my questions and concerns was excellent. I did not have any experience with other parts of this dealership, but I would be confident it is well above average if they employ people with the type of character I experienced in Joe. More

We bought our first Volvo in 1985 in CT, after owning Audis for a number of years, we wanted a safe S-Wagon. We had the car for 2 months when my wife was rear ended as a fellow ran a stop sign into her. Audis for a number of years, we wanted a safe S-Wagon. We had the car for 2 months when my wife was rear ended as a fellow ran a stop sign into her. His brand new Oldsmobile was totalled as his engine was push into his front seat. No one was injured, my 2 year old daughter and wife were ok. The Volvo Wagon needed a new rear hatch door and a bumper,that's all. At the time of the accident, about 8 a.m.,the Volvo salesman and Manager that sold my wife the car, Meriden Volvo, were passing by and saw her car and stopped. They were delivering another vehicle. They took my wife to work, and my daughter to day care, drove the car to a repair shop and assisted the other driver with his vehicle, and called me. This was the feature story in VOLVO magazine in the Fall of 1985. How could we not buy more Volvos? In the summer of 1996 we were relocating from RI to this area, when the heatshield on our 1989 S.Wagon became lose and made an awful racket. We were headed to meet a realtor in the morning when we pulled into Keystone Volvo. The service folks pulled our car in, tightened the heat shield and we were off in about 10 minutes. Mr. McClukey and Ray Edinger wished us well, and told us to come back to visit Keystone after we settled in. I got off track for several years, but Ray gave me a good trade in on my Mercedes for a S-70. He sold my wife a V-70, She still has it. The rest is history, we've been crossing the River from New Jersey ever since. Both adult daughters learned to drive safely with Volvos.
