This was my second leased Forester and I had a lot of questions. Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable - not pushy. My previous dealership were very pushy and just wanted me to sign. I am so glad I came to Colonial Subaru and Joe. When I picked up the car, Jim of Finance had all the papers ready to sign and explained the terms of the lease and the registration and insurance. Ryan showed us some of the new improvements on the 2015 Forester - however, I forgot most of what he explained to me. Thank heavens for my manuals. This was my first experience with Nick Forese, I was also very pleased with my interaction with Nick for our financing options as well as extended warranty options. Both were also extremely responsive regarding my additional calls and followup questions.. Ryan also was great, He assisted with delivery and took the time to explain all the features of my new car upon the delivery and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I drove off the lot.
