Big mistake Very poor experience at this dealership. Very rude and arrogant individuals. After they would not honor an online quote until they were threatened w Very poor experience at this dealership. Very rude and arrogant individuals. After they would not honor an online quote until they were threatened with poor reviews and going to superiors, they finally made a deal, but the sales manager we dealt with was extremely rude and inappropriate and we needed to change to someone else. When I returned to get my car cleaned the next day, I asked how long it would take as I had to pick up my kids, and was told '45 min'. An hour and a half later, the car hadn't been touched, I had been forgotten about and was told, 'things happen, it will be another 45 minutes. You think you'll do better somewhere else?' This was from one of the managers. No one seemed to care in any way. I would recommend any other dealer. They HAVE to be better. More

Best place, honest I’ve been coming here since I bought my Nisson Maxima almost 10 years ago. My car has over 130000 miles and is perfectly fine. I always drove a caddy. This car is so much better, never a caddie again . and I had to bring.my cat inafter closing, the maintenance man let me.stay inside till ride came. More

Very amenable Overall, my experience in the purchase was good- Joe was very attentive and nice. However, here are some things for people to know. First, if you do a search via the internet, such as cars.com, the price you see on the ad is not offered to you when you go in - that price is only for prior Nissan Rte 46 car purchases. Next- ask if there are extra keys. The programmed keys cost upwards of $300 and it seems standard to receive 2. I encourage anyone to ask, as it is almost impossible and the stars have to be aligned for a new one to be purchased (parts and service cost over $300) Make sure to get any damage in the vehicle addressed before you take it home, or it may take forever to get a resolution The sales department is all about the sale, so my recommendation - do not leave without the second key, without the damage being repaired because once you leave, you are forgotten and good luck getting it resolved. More

Not sure if it was because of ineptitude or lack of caring that made it take as long as it did. There are much better Nissan dealers in the area. Do your research and go to someone else. I certainly will be in the future. More

beware this dealership group Route 46 Nissan is part of Route 46 Auto Group which includes Dodge,Chrysler,Jeep and Mitsubishi dealerships and they also own Edison Nissan and Route Route 46 Nissan is part of Route 46 Auto Group which includes Dodge,Chrysler,Jeep and Mitsubishi dealerships and they also own Edison Nissan and Route 33 Nissan dealerships and they "all"practice the same deceptive advertisements on third party websites such as Cars.com,Auto.com,NJ.com,Autotrader.com where they all fail to disclose "adjacent to the listed internet price" that the price was calculated by a dealer discount ( $2000 loyalty program)This being in violation of both state and federal law and a statement in small print on the last page of the advertisement "see dealer website for full disclosure" does not cure an unlawful ommision of fact.Also be alert to the fact that they all will attempt to put in add-on fees of $299 window eching and $995 for a destination fee. Can only strongly suggest that one stay far away from this group. More
