Unhappy A loaner car approved by owner Steve was refused day of service. Very unhappy and looking for another dealership who will honor their word. A call even came in to Al while i was sitting in the office saying apparently a loaner was promised to her. Everyone seemed annoyed at this and in the end they all said no to a car. More

Chevy 2016 dissatisfaction Terrible service advisor doesn’t even look at you when you are talking to him, car has not been fix in 11 months, car has been in and out of the servi Terrible service advisor doesn’t even look at you when you are talking to him, car has not been fix in 11 months, car has been in and out of the service multiple times that I even lost count. SO called “technicians”cannot figure out what is wrong with it cause they don’t test drive it. Now I’m talking to the service manager lets see how that goes. I’ll keep you all who read this posted. Poor Diagnosis / Hungry Service Representation Two times in a row the service Rep chose to do the more expensive job 1st, then, finding the source of the problem or, so called additional problem i Two times in a row the service Rep chose to do the more expensive job 1st, then, finding the source of the problem or, so called additional problem is something else, indicating that the 1st expensive job was mandatory but, did not take photos or save the so called faulty part. Very questionable servicing but, not uncommon with dealerships. I had poor servicing with an affiliated (same owner) dealership at GM in Mahwah whereby, the mechanic stole / exchanged the underpart of the dashboard that had an additional charging unit and replaced it with another. More
