Horrible service and they don’t care. Vehicle was in for service and alignment. When dropped off it had one issue after picking up it had multiple issues. Service team was full of excuses Vehicle was in for service and alignment. When dropped off it had one issue after picking up it had multiple issues. Service team was full of excuses and blamed everything from the age of the vehicle to me for not maintaining it it, which both are not valid at all. I would not recommend anyone using Hawthorne Chevrolet, in fact I would suggest running far away from these people. More

Oil change took 2 hours I went to get my oil changed in my car on a Saturday and waited in the waiting area for it to be completed. It took almost 2 hours to change my oil! I went to get my oil changed in my car on a Saturday and waited in the waiting area for it to be completed. It took almost 2 hours to change my oil! They did a great job and were so nice, but 2 hours is WAYYYY too long to be sitting and waiting for an oil change when I can go to Jiffy Lube and be out of there in 20 minutes. I realize it was a Saturday, but there were other people in and out in a much shorter time than me and all I had was a basic oil change. More

Terrible experience. I went for a regular service and ac issue. And changed brake vacuum pump. They didn’t have ac parts. And i told them to put all back and i will set I went for a regular service and ac issue. And changed brake vacuum pump. They didn’t have ac parts. And i told them to put all back and i will set up service next time. When I picked up the car, the engine warning sign was on and engine was starting very slow. I picked up the car 6:30pm Friday. There were no service consultants. No one informed about this. They just didn’t care about the car. It didn’t have this issue before the service. And i took my car to local auto shop to fix it. They are way cheaper and nicer. The local shop even took care about what the dealer massed my car up. What a terrible experience!! Will never go bak!!! More
