Repairs took forever and there was a point where our contact was on vacation that our updates got mixed up. Took vehicle for a Check Engine light. Dropped it off on a Thursday and got it back on Saturday. Took it home and the check Engine light came back on. Took it back to the dealer and they Dropped it off on a Thursday and got it back on Saturday. Took it home and the check Engine light came back on. Took it back to the dealer and they claim to have fixed the issue. Left the dealer and the next day the check engine light was back on. Called and I am still waiting for a call back. Left message for manager no response. More

I called and asked for service under warranty. When I got there the tech put some device on the car and said oh yep this is covered. I got a call later. No it’s not covered. You need to pay almost When I got there the tech put some device on the car and said oh yep this is covered. I got a call later. No it’s not covered. You need to pay almost 200. I was not happy but not rude. When I got to the deal shop I heard the service rep and the tech and manager talking smack about me like 10 feet away. I am actively telling everyone I know about this experience and recommending any other dealership possible. More
