Went in for oil change & tire rotation. Tires were not rotated. Not even sure oil was changed. The sticker in the top left corner that states when to return for an oil change was not update Tires were not rotated. Not even sure oil was changed. Asked the service advisor about an issue and she said said she will get back to me the following day and I'm still waiting for that call. Reached out to the Service Manager via email and unfortunately all this fell on deaf ears. I have not gotten a response back from him. More
