Couldn't have been better... I think your experience buying or leasing cars is dependent on who greets you when you walk in the door. I was fortunate to be greeted by Joe Dephill I think your experience buying or leasing cars is dependent on who greets you when you walk in the door. I was fortunate to be greeted by Joe Dephillipo. He was nice, funny, knew his stuff, made me feel very comfortable, answered all my silly questions and never pressured me. Delivery of the vehicle was seamless as he took care of all the details in advance. It felt a little too easy!! Joe spent A LOT of time with me explaining the ins and outs of the car, literally. We went over the many functions on the inside of the car, the outside and under the hood. And before I left we got in the car together and he tested me to make sure I knew the really important things (I did). Jason in Finance was also a pleasure to deal with. Easy to talk to and also made me feel very comfortable. If I could rate them 6s below I would. More

Wonderful experience! We dealt with Jason H, Fred and Joe D. Joe did not pressure us at all. Jason was super friendly. Fred gave us a good deal for our trade in.
