We shopped around 100 mile radius of our zip code for two months before purchasing a certified Jetta and the price and service received at North Penn VW is by far the best that we encountered. We drove right under 2 hours one way to make this purchase, but it was well worth it. Joe DePhillipo was a lot of fun to work with in the sale. He let us drive as many cars as we wanted, did not pressure us at all and wasn't worried about writing up a deal. We shook hands and said I could pick it up any time I wanted in the up coming week. I was a little worried it might change when we came back for delivery but he is truly a man of his word. Being a used car, he could have given me the keys and said good bye but he spent over a half an hour and went top to bottom on all the features. I also worked with finance manage Jason Hartman who also didn't pressure us at all. He "offered us" an extended warranty which I did add into the low APR rates that come with certified VW's. Everyone was really nice from Fred who greeted us at the door as well as the other salespeople. The dealership BTW is beautiful and very clean. I was really impressed !! More
