Need to mention one thing here, their website is one of the few that allows you not to leave a phone number. John Balassis replied to my inquiry with specific answers to my questions shortly. The answer contained all the information I required to make a decision. I had a lower offer from a different dealership, and John was able to counter offer a competitive price without any hassle. After considering all the offers, I've decided to go with North Penn even though their offer was not the lowest. I felt they had been straight forward with me since the very beginning and I like that a lot. I was greeted by Joe Dephilipo warmly at the dealership. He showed me the car and helped set up a test drive. All the functions were explained to me in detail. All of this happened while they were preparing the paperwork, which saved a lot of time for me. Jason Hartman is the money guy, and we went through all the details. He also recommended some extended warranty, tire and rim protection, VW care, etc based on my use case. No pressure felt throughout the process. I decided to buy VW care only after discussing everything with Jason. Overall, it was a very very pleasant experience with North Penn VW. He was like a good friend and helped me find the perfect replacement and negotiated the price with me to make it as affordable as possible. Jason in Accounting was excellent. We did the paperwork in very short order even though there were many pages to sign. We did all of this on an evening before a holiday weekend. It was a great experience. More
