As always, my service rep was very helpful with information. Jimmy Wilkie is an outstanding mechanic who I always request for my service needs. I decided to pursue a used car from the lot and the experience was excellent! I initially left the lot with an Audi and decided overnight that the car was not right for me - one of the main reasons was my desire to stay in the NP Imports service area as a Volkswagen owner. I bought a Certified Used 2013 Jetta sedan. Derek, Jason, Ken and Joe were all phenomenal. I highly recommend their dealership.
