As always, my service rep was very helpful with information. Jimmy Wilkie is an outstanding mechanic who I always request for my service needs. I decided to pursue a used car from the lot and the experience was excellent! I initially left the lot with an Audi and decided overnight that the car was not right for me - one of the main reasons was my desire to stay in the NP Imports service area as a Volkswagen owner. I bought a Certified Used 2013 Jetta sedan. Derek, Jason, Ken and Joe were all phenomenal. I highly recommend their dealership. He was nice, funny, knew his stuff, made me feel very comfortable, answered all my silly questions and never pressured me. Delivery of the vehicle was seamless as he took care of all the details in advance. It felt a little too easy!! Joe spent A LOT of time with me explaining the ins and outs of the car, literally. We went over the many functions on the inside of the car, the outside and under the hood. And before I left we got in the car together and he tested me to make sure I knew the really important things (I did). Jason in Finance was also a pleasure to deal with. Easy to talk to and also made me feel very comfortable. If I could rate them 6s below I would. More

Wonderful experience! We dealt with Jason H, Fred and Joe D. Joe did not pressure us at all. Jason was super friendly. Fred gave us a good deal for our trade in.
