I researched the car Audi Q7 and went to location and was assigned to Adam . He was knowledgeable about the financing. He made little to no conversation regarding the vehicle. We went for test drive he turn assigned to Adam . He was knowledgeable about the financing. He made little to no conversation regarding the vehicle. We went for test drive he turn on heated seat still no detail about car. Upon receiving. Car the muffler was dangling and a foreign substance vomit like was in back passenger floor. Both instances were concerning due to the obvious sight of discrepancy. I was appalled of this service from a flagship dealership. This was something I would expect from a mom and pop auto center. It let me with a unforgettable feeling of my business was not important as other customers. I was informed to return vehicle which was inconvenient due to my new schedule. Overall it was high priority to sell the unit but on satisfying the customer was least important when vehicle was delivered. A sad unsatisfied customer especially when I choose Lexus Hingham to initiate the car buying process. I hoped love ones and friend would not like to encounter this subpar customer service. More

We had a terrible experience buying a car here. We were not able to get our car until a week after our purchase date. The communication was terrible on what was taking so long. We bought a preowned car and when we did pick it up noticed immediate issues. We notified the people we were working with at the dealership and never heard back from them. Truly terrible service. More

He even can in on his day off to greet us when we picked up our new car. We drove over an hour to this dealership as it was the best experience, we have ever had purchasing a new car. her Chambers had the best selection and more cars than any other dealership we went to. Top shelf service and reasonable prices. More

The worst service I have ever experienced. My Rx350 2021 is still under warranty. I noticed there was a leak on the passenger side (water) when the AC was running. I go in and sit down With Kevin and he talks about not to worry my insurance will cover everything it would cost me 8k to fix. And it could ne debris. Leaves ect. The got stuck in the vents that would cause this. He even mentioned a spider web could Block the AC module or something like that. But he first has to inspect the vehicle. Sounded suspicious. So anyways I leave the vehicle go home and google everything he said. To my surprise this has been going on since 2026 vehicle. And how so many people has the same issue and even said it cost 8k+ the same exact quote Kevin gave me before he even inspected my vehicle. Lexus knew about these issues since 2016 and never fixed them. Out of all the vehicle sold 20 percent have these issue. I called Corporate of Lexus to explain it to them. They took 1 week to get back to me. And they still had my vehicle. I was in a loaner. Kevin called everyday complaining did I decide to call my insurance company to make a claim? And complaining about me having the loaner. Like if I was going to keep the loaner. Since Kevin loves to talk so much and give more information then needed he proceeds to tell me that he talked to management about a simular situation like mines and what would happen if the owners decide not to get the car repaired with lexus. He said they would mark it in the system so if you ever trade in the vehicle or sold it. It would show up. In the ling Corporate said It was my fault that drove my care through debris lol. Yeah ok I drove my brand new lexus through a 5ft pile of leaves. And everyone since 2016 did same thing. Anyways had to go through my insurance to get fix. Pay the dectubable. Total 9k to change a hose and wash the carpet with mold Solution. A bunch of crooks. Then my car has scratches on it. Brought back and had them buff it out. Just be aware if this happens to you don't call lexus get it fix some where else. More
