I had always dreaded the whole car-buying negotiation and pressure. Then my wife told me that a friend from her health club had just bought 2 cars from Patrick Subaru. I was leaning toward an Outback to replace our 2003 Taurus station wagon. We drove there, and Joe Dineen immediately put us at ease. He was helpful, no pressure, and patient in explaining the process. He kept us informed whenever there was an update in the status of the delivery date. If we called with a question and he was unavailable, he'd get back to us promptly. And he did a great job explaining how everything worked when we came to pick up the car. It was great to work with him. More

Our growing family made my 2011 Impreza too small so we went in looking for a fair deal on my car and a good price on a new 2015 Forester. We were a bit jaded with car buying and sales people in general so we did A LOT of research on Blue Book values, Consumer Reports, etc. However, our experience with Joe Dineen was great. We felt he wasn't trying to scam us and was open and honest about what he could give us for a trade-in value and explained the pricing on the new Forester. The numbers closely matched the research we had done. He was patient with all our questions and even though we were there late, we never felt rushed. He explained all the features and could answer every question we threw at him about the car and its features. Needles to say, we were impressed. If you are looking to buy a Subaru, go see Joe Dineen. Sales Manager Steve Rivo gave me the grand tour and introduced me to the Outback. I was immediately impressed although at this point, was not sure we were ready to buy a new car. Three or four weeks later I informed Steve I would be returning with my wife as she would be the primary driver. Upon arrival, Steve introduced us to Joe Dineen who walked us through the Outback inside, outside, under the hood and then for a test drive. Joe answered all our questions about options, financing and availability. Joe was knowledgeable, professional and patient. We were sold, literally! I picked up our Subaru today. The handover was as thorough as I have experienced. Joe could not have been more engaged and enthusiastic if he were the one buying the car. He clearly believes in his product and loves selling Subaru's. A great buying experience; highly recommended. More
