Their service department is also fantastic to deal with, any issues I've had have been dealt with swiftly and fairly and in a reasonable amount of time, which is all I can ask for. More

Easy, Fast and Painless Car Buying Experience! I was looking at a new legacy and had talked to several car dealers in New England trying to find a black on black 2.5i model. I had almost put a depo I was looking at a new legacy and had talked to several car dealers in New England trying to find a black on black 2.5i model. I had almost put a deposit down at another dealership but I found Patrick was willing to meet my price. I talked to Lisa on the phone, put my deposit down and then she set me up with Joe Dineen. Joe had immediately called me that day and went over the steps that would be needed to pick up/register the car. I told Joe that I was coming from over an hour away and that it would be difficult to go back and forth to the dealership. Joe assured me that I would be able to pick the car up and drive it away the same day. I thought this was too good to be true because the last dealership I went to had me wait several weeks to pick up the car after it came in. I anxiously waited for the car to come and remained skeptical about how easy this process would be. I drove to Shrewsbury on a Friday night to pick up the car after getting stuck in traffic. I ended up getting there 30 minutes before close. Joe greeted me at the door and we started going over paperwork. All the paperwork with the insurance and registration was complete. Joe and I had discussed the total price and payment over the phone and I was so relieved that he honored everything that we had discussed. Tri also went over the extra options and was personable and easy to get along with. After signing the paperwork, Joe went over the manual and the car with us. I asked him several questions on the car and he was able to answer all of the questions I had. We also went out to the car and he went over EVERYTHING on the car with me from the air conditioning to the seatbelts, to how the car would get towed if there was an issue etc etc. He also set up the bluetooth with my phone and the music apps. After going over everything, I realized that Joe had spent almost an hour an a half with me after closing. I never felt rushed. Joe wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with the car before I drove it away. He also told me to contact him if I had any more questions on the vehicle. I am happy with my purchase and VERY happy with the staff at Patrick Subaru. Joe was very professional, easily available through phone and email and always pleasant to deal with. Even though this dealership is hours away from my house, it was well worth the drive. I highly recommend Joe and Patrick Subaru to anyone who is in the market for a new Subaru! More

Right when I walked in the door I was greeted by Joe Dinneen and needless to say, I was impressed. I myself am a salesman so I know what to expect every time I make a transaction no matter the size. Joe really looked out for me during the entire sale and was extrememly friendly. Joe could have sold me a more expensive vehicle but he was interested in finding me the right car for the right price. I have been reading a book called Integrity Selling and Joe fits the bill of a superb salesman based on the information I have read from this book. I was also helped by Rob and Tri in Finance. Both of whom were also extremely friendly and upbeat. When I encountered both Tri and Rob it was towards the end of their shift and they treated me as if I was the first person they had seen all day. Rob walked me through all of the necessary items and didn't move to fast so that I wouldn't be able to comprehend. I could immediatedly tell that both Rob and Tri really enjoy their jobs which really makes me feel that I went to the right place. My overall experience was well beyond anything I could ask for.
