Very slow service Was in for an oil change 1/21/2020. Almost 2.5 hours to complete. Got it back in the check in/ out area and the left side was packed with snow. Like they parked in a snow bank and left it or were out screwing around in the parking lot. Not impressed with the service. More

In my experience, I’ve received Quality work but it’s super slow. Average time for an oil change has been 1.25 hours.. my last appt., I waited 1.75 hours.. everyone is always friendly and helpful though. super slow. Disappointed as I didn't have my regular service manager. All I recieved was an email my car was ready. What was done as far as the service to my car? I have always gotten a call explaining what was done and that it is ready to pick up. I wanted my tires checked as I keep losing air and have been in once or twice a week to have the one tire filled with air. There was nothing found previously as far as a nail etc. that I could have run over. My digital reading for all 4 tires did not match in PSI when I picked up my car. Seriously disappointed! Kevin Lindgren, my regular service manager has always been on top of things when I have needed service. If you want good customer service and service for your vehicle, he is the service manager I would recommend! More
