I have dealt with them on several occasions and I have never had a problem and always have had outstanding results. This time, I needed servicing on my 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia TI Sport. I called and made an appointment with Joe Esquirra and everything was handled quickly and professionally. I brought the car in on Monday morning and it was properly taken care of and I was given a loaner vehicle. Within 4 hours the oil was changed the car was completely looked at and everything was checked as well as having warranty work done on the car. That warranty work was not expected to have been done and they pleasantly surprised me that morning. Bravo! I am absolutely satisfied with the work that they did and the fact that they called me in a timely manner and I got my car back washed and cleaned and everything was done quickly and professionally. I have dealt with this dealership on several occasions and I have never had a problem. From sales to service they do everything there perfectly. Thank you. More
