Awesome communication..... They got me with good communication, My phone calls and emails were answered promptly and the negotiations went well with price matching. The only difficulty was having to listen to the required Honda enforced spiel on extended warranty. The finance person was pleasant and personable, but still, having to listen to information that you said "no" too is actually imposing and rude. But, the kid was pleasant about it. More

Staff were efficient and friendly. They listened to our needs and wants and answered our questions. Adam explained different features of the car we chose.
