I bought 2019 used Toyota for a top notch price at Tyson Koon. Their service was horrible from day one. The truck has the lock box installed on center sole and they did not have the proper lock box code. Koon. Their service was horrible from day one. Also, the moon roof did operate properly and I had to bring the truck to their service center for warranty repair. they removed the sun roof head liner and installed it back uneven on one side. I expressed the concern to my assigned service person whom name is Brian. He blamed it on others and not caused by them. It did not make any sense since they had to remove the head liner in order to fix the moon roof motor. But they denied the fact and did not do anything for me. I brought the truck to another Toyota service department and they said " the un-evenness of the head liner was definitely caused by the moon roof repair tech. Terrible THE WORST SERVICE! they sold me a vehicle that knew was damaged, they lost the power of attorney and dont care to fix their mistake. My credit score has been here for the last month because of the knew was damaged, they lost the power of attorney and dont care to fix their mistake. The sales person has no interest in answering phone calls as he was witness to me giving the finance department and their hand the power of attorney. I keep taking the vehicle back so that it can be worked on but every time they say nothing is wrong with it when clearly there’s something wrong with the steering and with the shox of the vehicle. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership I will never recommend them to anybody. More

It all started way back when with kindest salesman... Bob Alexander! Service reps are the best and all of the staff members greet you with a smile. I'm comfortable bringing my car in every time and trust the maintenance recommendations. Even through my car is over 13 years old, it's in great driving condition... and that probably would be the case had it not been for the wonderful car care provided by Tysons... Shout out to one of my best service Reps. Mike O'Neil...because of his great customer service has moved up in the ranks; and now a new shout out to my latest service Rep. Working out the trade-in and paperwork was efficient and easy. Everyone has offered me help with the technology as I try everything out over these next weeks. I was also invited to a dinner/technology night next month. Also, I have had wonderful service appointments with Joe Gonzalez for my previous Prius--I will be going back! More

I was a long-time customer of the dealership before buying my new 201 So appreciate the support I got from the Koons Toyota Service Department today. I was a long-time customer of the dealership before buying my new 2016 Toyota Camry XLE; Joe Gonzales (outstanding) has been my Service Advisor for many years. Today, I met with Anita regarding the operation of the component controls related to the myriad of "enhanced" features available with my new car. This has helped me get a much better understanding of the operation of the various features. Anita was patient, understanding and knowledgeable; so grateful for her support. The Service Department as a whole is the primary reason I stay committed to the dealership. More
