I arrived to the dealership, signed some papers and when I went to my new car, there was a huge red bow on it! I felt like the most important car buyer ever! I was impressed that all my music from my last BMW was already downloaded into this one. I appreciated the time that she and Clint took to go explain new features and offer me another time to return for a more detailed explanation if I wanted it. Jane knew her products, quickly identified our expectations and needs in our next car, and steered us to the perfect model to meet those needs. No question was too trivial and she dealt with them all with kindness and understanding. We would definitely recommend her if you don't like the stereotypical car sales person persona.
