The sales person, Ashley was very competent and the managers I dealt with finalizing the paperwork were quick and to the point. A lot was accomplished on the phone saving both me and them time in unnecessary exasperating negotiations. We were both very close immediately and settled in a few minutes. I have used Daniels for a number of years and am extremely fond of their maintenance and parts departments as well as the BMW sales dept As is always the case, I am sure there is someone better on the planet, but I haven't found them and this is my eighth BMW. Both Joe and David are polished pros and at the same time the most cordial and helpful that anyone could ask for. More

We had taken a test driver prior and today we were ready to negotiate. Eric did not disappoint, he along with Joe Grazer, Sales Manager, developed a deal that was too good to pass up. We got the most for our trade and we were afforded all rebates and bonuses. The entire visit was a pleasure when you deal with professionals. Joe and Eric were extremely professional and gracious. They made car buying a pleasure, and that is difficult in auto sales. The title above says it all, for us each subsequent purchasing experience at Daniels is truly "Getting Better all the Time".
