Bait and Switch I thought that I'd had a great experience until I received all of my signed documents in the mail after two weeks. When I reviewed the documents I no I thought that I'd had a great experience until I received all of my signed documents in the mail after two weeks. When I reviewed the documents I noticed that I was charged for a service warranty, that I was told would be free, and Lo jack that was also suppose to be free. I purchased a BMW and put a substantial amount of money down as a down payment on this car. This was my second visit to this dealership only because the finance manager told me that he had a great deal for me. If I had known that this would happen to me I would have never step foot in that dealership a second time!!!!! I will be contacting the BBB next. More

I have always in the past had bad car buying experiences. December 28, 2016 was my second time purchasing a vehicle from Koons Annapolis Toyota. My sales representative Joe Gross made each experience very enjoyable. He's always managed to make me believe I can have any vehicle on the lot with a little perseverance, strategy, and a little hard work. He's such a positive, fun individual too. He was very professional, kind and courteous in helping me to pick out my first and second vehicle, and very attentive, going on test rides and getting me in the car that was just right for me, until I could finally get into the truck of my dreams. I will never go back to the dealerships in my past experiences. I absolutely found it hard to leave each time I bought my vehicles from Koons Annapolis Toyota because they actually made me feel as though I was a family member instead of just a sale.
