I knew what vehicle I wanted ahead and shopped on the internet through Edmunds to give me a I just bought a brand new Equinox Premier all decked out. I knew what vehicle I wanted ahead and shopped on the internet through Edmunds to give me a realistic price on the new Equinox as well as the Toyota RAV4 I traded in . Sundance was one of the dealers that I selected and within one day Shane Fulmerhouser called me, we spoke briefly about what I wanted, and then set up an appointment to see him. Shane was helpful and knowledgeable, and when he saw all the paperwork I had, he very quickly went to work to calculate all the available discounts and rebates in a very courteous, no pressure manner. They took the RAV4 for a 30 minute checkover, came back with an out the door total, net price lower than what I expected, and after a little more negotiation with Joe Hanks (sales manager) for a little more off, we completed everything. It was a great experience with no pressure, and just a little haggling. Shane was great and I would recommend working with him. Joe Hanks was not the typical Sales Manager wheeling and dealing, and that was refreshing. Great price, great service, great experience. More
