I was treated as if my purchase mattered as well as my satisfaction with the purchase. I'm sure Mr. Hargraves gives all his customers the same quality service; however, he made me feel at the time that I was his focus and he was attentive to small details, i.e., ensuring I had enough phone battery to last while I was driving home. He made sure I was comfortable. He was very knowledge about the vehicle and was able to address any questions or concerns I had. I will definitely recommend him as a top-notched BMW salesman. More

My review is well overdue, since I purchased the vehicle in November 2018. I arrived at Casey BMW and was not expecting to purchase a vehicle. Although I'd never considered to purchase a BMW. I purchased on in November 2018. I arrived at Casey BMW and was not expecting to purchase a vehicle. Although I'd never considered to purchase a BMW. I purchased one, a 2018 BMW. Mr. Joe Hargraves took the time to explain the available options to me. Not once was he pushy. I purchased a good used vehicle which was affordable for my budget. Mr. Joe was administratively efficient and knowledgeable of the vehicle. He even took the time to ensure I knew how to operate the bells and whistles, the BMW was a total upgrade. I felt very much appreciated as a customer and was completely satisfied compared to the other four (4) car dealerships I'd previously visited between the Hampton Roads Area and Alexandria, VA. There were no sales gimmicks or lies. Just great accommodating service and professionalism from start to finish. I'd highly recommend Mr. Joe Hargraves' expertise to anyone in the car buying market. Casey BMW is the dealership to go to. Definitely an "A++++ in my book." More

Disappointed, after being a repeat buyer and loyal customer I have purchased three BMW 7 series from Joe Hargraves at Casey BMW, with the latest being the 2016 BMW 750i X drive, which I purchased brand new. I I have purchased three BMW 7 series from Joe Hargraves at Casey BMW, with the latest being the 2016 BMW 750i X drive, which I purchased brand new. I went to the dealership to look at the new BMW X7. I asked Joe Hargraves to evaluate my vehicle and let me know what my vehicle was worth. Joe called me at home and said he and Mr. Howell evaluated my vehicle and said they could offer me $42,900 for my vehicle on trade-in. What a shock!! He did not even offer me the low end of the trade-in value for my vehicle. The car has been garage kept, maintained by Casey and only has 9,680 miles on it right now. My wife and I considered this offer a direct slap in the face after being repeat customers at Casey BMW over the years. I informed Joe that he has lost a loyal customer and that I will go elsewhere in the future for my vehicle purchases, even if I have to go to another State. I cannot and will never recommend Casey BMW to anyone again. More

Excelant experience getting a 2019 440i xDrive Joe Hargraves did a great job in finding the 440i to meet everything I told him to look for. The entire process went smoothly from my perspective. I was able to lay eyes on the vehicle prior to going through the pre-inspection process. For Trey and Joe to keep me in the loop upon the car arriving to their dealership, I was afforded the 1st opportunity to see if this particular vehicle would be the perfect fit for my family and myself; sure enough, it was love at first sight! Trey and Joe were very informative by giving me all the ins & outs on how the vehicle operates and highlighting the safety features of the vehicle. Trey and Joe made sure that I was not only comfortable with the ride, but also satisfied with a competitive rate and offered a better APR than my actual credit union. Trey is the by far the best Sales Manager and his reputation precedes himself, the same goes for Joe as a Sales Dealer! Makenzie Green was also very knowledgeable and thorough in her presentation as a BMW Genius service member, instructing me on how to perform the smart table functions on the rear headrests/arm rests!
