Excellent service and very friendly I brought my newly purchased used jeep Liberty from a used car lot and brought it to Thomas for some repairs. Unfortunately, the repairs for my recen I brought my newly purchased used jeep Liberty from a used car lot and brought it to Thomas for some repairs. Unfortunately, the repairs for my recently purchased Jeep from a used car dealership were estimated to nearly $7,000. Looks like I purchased a real "lemon." I had to make a decision to either repair or take an alternate route. I spoke to the repairman "Tom" in the service area and he thoroughly showed me what needed to be done to the jeep as there were many leaks, ball joints bad, spindles, etc... the list went on and on. I asked him if I could possibly trade in the jeep and purchase a vehicle. He stated this was an option and never made me feel like he was trying to make a buck off me. We headed to the sales area and I was greeted by Joe Heisier. I explained to Joe my dilemma and he stated that he would be glad to assist me and see what options there were. I told Joe the budget that I was looking at and he was able to accommodate. I was not looking to spend more than $300 a month on a new vehicle lease. The purchase was for my wife as she needed a car to travel locally and we agreed that a lease would be the best option since she would not be putting more than 10K miles per year on it. With the trade in, Joe was able to accommodate what I was asking. Joe made this a pleasant experience as well as Tom and the service team. Thank you so much for making this a non-pressured experience along with a rapid closing. I would definitely recommend Thomas to anybody who is looking to purchase or lease a jeep. Thank you team!
