I don't think I wish to waste anymore of my time on this. However, for what is worth, I did send a certified letter to one of the owners (Mr. William Gruwell) explaining in detail my experience as a first time buyer of a Chevrolet product at your dealer. I am considering sending a letter as well to the Better Business Bureau and to General Motors headquarters to resend the five star rating that your management pushed so hard for. Good day to you.
