It was an absolute pleasure working with all the wonderful folks at Sunset Ford of Waterloo! From the GM Pete Huetel, Manager Perry Webb, to the skilled mechanics Dustin and Lucas, and Luke Heck the wonderful folks at Sunset Ford of Waterloo! From the GM Pete Huetel, Manager Perry Webb, to the skilled mechanics Dustin and Lucas, and Luke Heck the porter did a great job making the Full Size Bronco ready for the road! Kyle Brewer sold me right away on the Bronco! It’s way better than a Jeep! All in all, a great team effort by Sunset Ford of Waterloo, I will recommend all of my friends and family for years to come! More

My wife Tami and I decided last Saturday to go shopping for a new car which we planned on purchasing after the first of the yesr. Our second stop was Sunset Forrd in Waterloo where we were met by Mr. Joe H for a new car which we planned on purchasing after the first of the yesr. Our second stop was Sunset Forrd in Waterloo where we were met by Mr. Joe Hill. Mr. Hill asked us what we were looking to buy--new or used--We replied new and that we were looking today and plan on buying first few months after the first of the year. Mr. Hill asked us. what type new car we were looking for-our reply was for past 35 years we have driven Ford Escapes only--we really like the Escapes we have had now and in the past. Mr. Hill replied that Sunset had one 2021 in stock and if we would like to to take a look at. Tami and My answer was yes--Mr. Hill went to the lot and drove up in a good looking 2021 Escape loaded. My wife, myself. and Mr. Hill took it for a test drive. Mr. Hill then answered all questions and concerns we had about the car. Mr. Hill's no pressure, knowledge of the car, along with his personality , sense of humor, friendliness, knowledge of the car, his professionalism and genuine interest ln what we wanted:and salesmanship skills are second to none. Mr. Hill is by far the best car Salesman that Tami and myself has ever dealt with. His personality and listening to what customer needs as well as his professionalism reflects greatly on himself as well as Sunset Ford in Waterloo Illinois. Mr. Hill has our highest recommendation for anyone looking to buy a new ot used car. We bought the Ford Escape he showed us on the spot. It is a cat's meow! More
