Great experience! Joe Hill, was great! Took his time and went over all the paper work in detail and I have never had someone go over the car in so much detail. It was Joe Hill, was great! As soon as we parked, a salesperson, Joe, was waiting outside t My husband and I recently visited Sunset Ford in our search for a mildly used vehicle. As soon as we parked, a salesperson, Joe, was waiting outside the front door of Sunset Ford to greet us. Joe was very warm and spunky (the perfect salesperson). Between jokes and jives, Joe asked us what we were looking for and began a search of ONLY used vehicles. Joe did not try to sell us a brand new car and was very respectful of our budget. After test driving a few cars, we left to explore other dealerships. By the end of the day, we realized Sunset Ford was the best fit for us. Not all dealerships have someone ready to greet you immediately and not every salesperson has the inventory to respect customer budgets. I highly recommend Sunset Ford and Joe. They provide the best customer care and they are not pushy. They truly want to help customers find a vehicle that works, not just sell cars to make a quota.
