We are not in the best credit situation and we're doubtful we would qualify for anything. Drew, Joe, and everyone there went above and beyond in every way they possibly could. They answered every question we had pretty much before we could even ask it, and explained things in a way that let me know they knew their business, and they wanted us to understand what we were doing to make the best decision for us. I will definitely return when we are ready to buy another car, and I will tell everyone I know how great they are. Certified reliability!! Going into Lester Glenn Chevrolet with our last lease payment, we were not sure if we wanted to purchase our current vehicle because we wanted an all Going into Lester Glenn Chevrolet with our last lease payment, we were not sure if we wanted to purchase our current vehicle because we wanted an all wheel vehicle. We definitely knew we didn't want to lease again, at this time. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a big smile by Drew Ward when we had entered Lester Glen Chevrolet, and both he and Joseph Horsfield were very compassionate in listening to, as well as meeting all of our concerns. We decided to purchase a certified pre-owned Equinox that truly exceeded our expectations. Then we met Devin Jensen, who also answered many questions about the gap insurance, extended warranty and service for our new vehicle. One other thing that we noticed, because it is evident as you sit there observing, is the pleasant atmosphere of the employees there. Everyone smiling and encouraging one another, wow! It kinda makes you not want to leave, we felt very at home there. They offered us multiple times, water coffee or tea... this was a very pleasurable experience and we were blessed to be cared for by them. We are completely satisfied, and even after a couple of days thinking about it, we still believe it was a great decision, knowing we made the right call in purchasing this vehicle. After having a pretty horrible experience at another very big dealer nearby, I found myself at Lester Glenn Chevy. John Stetz was very knowledgeable and nice and helping me find my dream car. A 2016 Camaro SS. He worked closely with the sales manager Joe Horsfield to get me a great deal on a car that suited all of my needs and more! There were some issues that popped up after the sale and the dealership took care of them in a timely manner and made sure I was happy. John is an amazing salesman and I will be back to him for all of my car buying needs! More
