When I first visited Lester Glenn Chevrolet with my wife, I started my car leasing experience on the phone trying to find the exact vehicle I wanted. When I first visited Lester Glenn Chevrolet with my wife, I was greeted by a very nice and knowledgeable young salesman, David Rapisardi. He introduced me to General Sales Manager, Josh Zacher, and he worked lease numbers on a couple of vehicles. There was never any high pressure to make a deal that day. After doing my due diligence, I called Lester Glenn back and spoke to General Manager, Joe Horsfield We actually negotiated an acceptable price over the phone and he held the vehicle on my promise to return. He was able to complete most of the paperwork before I returned. The day I took delivery of the vehicle, the process took only 45 minutes. David spent a great deal of time with me going over the vehicle. I am totally satisfied with my experience at Lester Glenn Chevrolet and will definitely recommend this dealer to friends and colleagues. More

In and Out, just the way I like it I have always hated the new car buying experience because it has always seemed to take forever. I hate wasting hours at a dealership when I should be on the beach. Lester Glenn Chevrolet offered me a new experience which I call "in and out in no time" As soon as I walked in I was met by Bill Caffyn who spotted me eying a new Equinox. From that point on I notified Bill that my clock has started . I wanted to be done with the process before my aggravation level started to climb. We sat at his desk, I gave him my True Car number and the monthly payment I expected and he went to work. By the time I finished my free coffee we had a deal and we were working thru the rest of the process. My new car was being prepped as I sat with the Finance manager signing my life away (actually only 6 years of my life) and as I finished my last "initial here" my car was ready. I rang the bell, drove away and got back to the beach while the tide was still going out. Fastest automobile purchase in a long time. Good work by Bill and Joe Horsfield for an excellent experience. More
