Speaking with Joe Johnson not only helped me understand everything by taking the time to answer my question but he wasn't trying to force me to purchase a vehicle. I set an appointment up with Joe to give me an appraisal on my current vehicle and to go over what specials they are currently offering. That evening I looked up my trade in value on my car and was surprised when they offered me way more than what is was worth. Throughout the process Joe was courteous and respectful by answering my questions and being honest about them. It took me a few days to decide and was respectful enough to not bother me during my daughters birthday part. He allowed to make my decision on my own time without numerous harassing phone calls are you going to but yet. The financial department was excellent in handle the numbers and getting my where I wanted without treating me like I need them more than they need me. I was very pleased to see the store manager go into every sales office to see if they needed anything or if he could do anything for the families purchasing the vehicle. When he came to check on me there was a question I had and without any hesitation took care of it.
