Tried to support a sales team member We came to Castle Subaru because we’ve had excellent service working with Tony at other dealers. Only to be highly disappointed in the customer servic We came to Castle Subaru because we’ve had excellent service working with Tony at other dealers. Only to be highly disappointed in the customer service provided by the rude finance manager, I believe David was a tad upset that we didn’t allow him to finance our purchase, when we brought the check to David he wasn’t interested in assisting us only pushing us off to the next guy although he was the only familiar face at the time. He mentioned how we should’ve given him the opportunity to beat our rate and overused the word “Whatever”. More

Worst Car Buying experience!!! Run don’t walk away! Sales guy Frank ran my credit 8 times hard inquiries. That’s before he constantly tells me I need good credit to buy a car. Finance Manger David Spu Sales guy Frank ran my credit 8 times hard inquiries. That’s before he constantly tells me I need good credit to buy a car. Finance Manger David Spudic starts to call me silly and stupid for wanting to do a 60 month term instead of 72. He says why you anyone want to pay more and you are getting a good deal, why won’t you help us make money to your just selfish! He then lies and says since I’m not making them money the Bank will call back and change the financing amount. David gets and the bullhorn and says get her out of her! If USAA hadn’t help me throw the hole process I would have left. More
