xxx vehicle They turned the oil change interval light off because it was well over due on the oil change, it was also 2 quarts low on oil. They kept washing it, f They turned the oil change interval light off because it was well over due on the oil change, it was also 2 quarts low on oil. They kept washing it, figured out they were washing off the brake dust cuz the brakes also are worn down badly and possibly has bad calipers too, the light comes on for transmission temp too high, they turned all the monitors off for service. Never trust car salesman, they say... we never will again after buying a vehicle from castle subaru. More

Incorrect and Overpriced Took my car in for a service quote. I had just bought the car at this dealership less than three months prior. The quote that they came back with was Took my car in for a service quote. I had just bought the car at this dealership less than three months prior. The quote that they came back with was astronomically high, and the work that they said needed to be done was way more than what actually needed to be done. I had done a substantial amount of research on the issue with my vehicle, and I knew what the problem was before ever taking it back to Castle. The service quote was so high compared to the value of the car that they then wanted me to trade in my current vehicle I had just bought to sell me a brand new vehicle. I took my vehicle to a different dealership, the quote was less than a third of what castle quoted and was actually going to fix the problem. Castle was more interested in making more money and selling me another car/services I didn’t need rather than actually correctly diagnosing and fixing the issue for a reasonable rate. More
