Doug worked diligently to find a car within my budget and was prompt and transparent throughout the entire process. All within about an hour, Doug and the team bought out my existing lease through another bank and had the new car cleaned out, financial documents prepared and ready to sign and i was on my way. It was a seamless and painless process from start to finish thanks to Doug and all the folks at Alfa Romeo Strongsville. More

I have bought several cars from Doug and he's always been great. I also recommend him to anyone in need of a car. Tesla's are hard to find especially used in good shape. The one I bought did have a few is great. I also recommend him to anyone in need of a car. Tesla's are hard to find especially used in good shape. The one I bought did have a few issues and warning lights which I guess Tesla wouldn't fix for the dealer. Anyways Alfa covered most of the cost to fix the car. Unfortunately the biggest expense the sensors to make autopilot work $1000 needed to be replaced but the car actually doesn't have autopilot:(. Wish we had known that prior. Also body work was done but not shown on the carfax. Overall they did whatever they could to make things right. More
