Currie’s Service went to bat for us! When we had a problem with our car when it was under warranty a real solution was not found, now the problem returned and the car was out of warranty. When we had a problem with our car when it was under warranty a real solution was not found, now the problem returned and the car was out of warranty. Currie was able to get the problem covered under the warranty and we only had to pay our normal deductible. Thanks Joe for a great surprise! More

Service for faulty tailgate on 2018 Escape The tailgate on our 2018 Escape was not closely completely. It did not close tight; and ,as a result, I needed to manually give it a snug. The interior lights would stay on when the tailgate was not closed completely. I called the Service Department and spoke with Judi who arranged for my service call. When I brought my Escape to the Service Dept.in the early morning, the Service Advisor, Joe Klimek, was very thorough and professional. He took time to ask the appropriate questions concerning the problem and arranged for a courtesy ride home even though the Service Dept. was extremely busy at that time in the morning. He called when the tailgate problem was fixed. More
