Andrew Plebanski was our Sales Rep and was very knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all of our questions about the vehicle quickly and made sure we understood how everything worked. This is the worst customer service representative I have ever worked with. I scheduled an appointment at 8:15 am. It is now 10:00 am and my oil change is not complete. I questioned if it is typical for an o ever worked with. I scheduled an appointment at 8:15 am. It is now 10:00 am and my oil change is not complete. I questioned if it is typical for an oil change to take over an hour in which Bob looked at me with a disgusted look and responded "yes". I am now going on 2 hours, and I can see my truck has been sitting outside for 15 minutes and he has not told me it is ready. I am now just going to sit here and see how long it takes him to get to me. More
