Gateway Subaru is a top-notch dealership. I had never been to a Subaru dealer before. When I arrived at the facility, within 5 minutes a sales associate came out to greet me. He introduced himself as Jo been to a Subaru dealer before. When I arrived at the facility, within 5 minutes a sales associate came out to greet me. He introduced himself as Joe from West Virginia. I did a cute little chuckle. He was very professional, well kept, personable, and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. You could tell that he was very experienced in sales. Joe is one of the most thorough car sales rep, I have ever met. The vehicle that I was interested in had a lot of bells and whistles that I wasn't accustomed too. Joe made it a priority to tutor me on all the amenities my Dodge Journey had to offer. He walked me through the buying process effortlessly. Thank you JOE, from West Virginia! Now, onto the Finance Dept. I was greeted by Zach, a bubbly and cute Asian guy. He was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to seal the deal with an awesome interest rate.
