Jake, our sales advisor, is new on the job, but from the beginning, it was clear he would provide excellent customer service. He was proactive, communicative, accessible, and honest. The whole team supported and guided him through the process while considering our needs and wants. They even went above and beyond and bent backwards to make the deal work for us. Everyone we interacted with showed they cared and wanted to work with us. From the receptionists, other sales advisors, management, financing, and even the car detailer were great to work with. I wasn't expecting to be so excited about buying a Cadillac, but seeing that the brand can finally compete with and even beat other luxury brands was a great surprise. They overcharged me extensively and kept me in the sales office for 3 hours. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I have been made to pay 7 thousands dollars over the worth of the car. After completing the purchase, I was contacted by 2 different people about documents that were definitely completed and signed, but somehow misplaced. My first impression of fi manager Rafeek Nassief, was that of a snake oil salesman. My suspicion was confirmed after about 10 mins of aggressive sales pressure. I was so frustrated, I seriously contemplated taking my business elsewhere. I personally believe people in the world are already having a hard enough time as is, and don't need another well dressed salesman working unnecessarily hard to part them from whatever coins they have left. Again, I have to stress, Jeremy Stroot was great and probably the only reason I reconsidered abandoning the deal. Thanks for asking. Please let me know if I can advise in any other way. More
