Wonderful Staff and Reliable Service The staff and service at Heiser Toyota is fantastic. The work is always done in a reasonable amount of time, and they will even drop me off/ pick me u The staff and service at Heiser Toyota is fantastic. The work is always done in a reasonable amount of time, and they will even drop me off/ pick me up from my office in order to work around my schedule. The staff keeps me updated as my car is being worked on. They also have one of the best customer lounges I've ever been to, with free drinks, snacks, and wifi. More

front brake problem Had the front brake pads replaced. Afterwards the car made horrible noises when backing up. Brought it back twice could not duplicate the noise? It was so bad I had a person knock on my window in a parking lot to tell me I better get my brakes looked at. I don't know if it was a stone caught in the brakes, but it finally stopped making the crunching noise, but still squeals when backing up. It has done that before but only when the weather was really damp or raining. Not as bad as it was. More

Evaluate front end issue after accident I brought my Camry to Heiser because I was having a problem with the front drivers side tire after being involved in a minor accident. I was so disapp I brought my Camry to Heiser because I was having a problem with the front drivers side tire after being involved in a minor accident. I was so disappointed in the service I received. After waiting nearly two hours a service advisor came out and told me I needed new struts. I just had them replaced the week prior, and I told them that when I checked in with the vehicle. He then made me go back to the service area so someone else could explain things to me. It seemed as though no one knew what the problem was and they were guessing. They didn't even bother to take the tire off to look at things and I was charged $89 plus tax! More

45,000 scheduled maintenance I really feel that when I get any kind of service at Heiser that they dont just hand me an impressive computer printout at the end of the appointment I really feel that when I get any kind of service at Heiser that they dont just hand me an impressive computer printout at the end of the appointment but they really did the work reflected on the printout. The checklist is also nice to keep for when you may want to re-sell your car, proving it was regularly maintained. More

Also the waiting room had snacks and beverages available along with very comfortable seating. Work was completed quickly and Joe explained the results of the inspection. Broke my Coin Holder I dropped off my car for an oil change and they broke my coin holder on my dash. I'm not sure why they would be opening it. I just bought the car, and everything was fine before I dropped it off, but when I got it back I noticed that it was broken. I confronted Joe about it but he keeps saying he didn't break it, but I know it wasn't broken before I dropped it off. More
