Thorough Very complete services. Everyone is friendly and knowledgable. Nice waiting area with a variety of complimentary snacks and beverages. Service advisor Very complete services. 15000 mile service. got my vehicle in immediately as promised.. work was done in less time than expected. great waiting room experience. good popcorn. offered car wash w got my vehicle in immediately as promised.. work was done in less time than expected. great waiting room experience. good popcorn. offered car wash which was added bonus. Ok went to Bad Vehicle was in for three actions; four tire replacement, all wheel alignment, oil & filter change. Also used the carwash following the service work. Vehicle was in for three actions; four tire replacement, all wheel alignment, oil & filter change. Also used the carwash following the service work. Services were performed as expected, however, when we got home, noticed that one wheel cover was missing. When I called 'Joe' in Service, he scouted the shops but claimed that the cover was not there. I retrace the route from the pick-up point, around the dealership lot and all roads & turns on the way home. Found three wheel covers along the way, none for our vehicle. Joe quoted a price of ~$85 for a replacement; I feel that the loss was due to either oversight by or poor installation by one of your service techs and that Heiser should provide a replacement for free. Also, during my phone call back to Joe, I was put on hold multiple times and found it infuriating to listen yo MaryAnn's message about 'the new Heiser", how great your service is and how much you appreciate me as a customer. Very insulting! I would be the last to suggest that a phone caller has priority over a face-to-face customer, but once the caller is engaged, bouncing around from person to person and being put on hold time after time are not good customer service. More
