He was also very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns about Mazda . The test drive really sealed the deal , the car ( mazda6 ) was very responsive and it got the gas mileage that I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this car dealership. Having only spoken to Joe Lionetti on the phone . He delivered on the installation of the fog lights as promised. I am looking forward to meeting him in person when I bring my car in for servicing . Roy Morel was also a pleasure to work with . He was very knowledgeable about the extended warranties and products offered by the dealership. Plus the 0.9 APR for 63 months didn't hurt . More

Wonderful Experience From the moment we walked into Colonial Mazda, we felt at home. We had done a lot of research on the CX-5, and Nelson's in-depth knowledge and pr From the moment we walked into Colonial Mazda, we felt at home. We had done a lot of research on the CX-5, and Nelson's in-depth knowledge and pride in the vehicle were evident. He joined us on the test drives, which allowed us to get answers to our questions as they arose, and allowed him to point out various features in action in various driving scenarios. We particularly appreciated the thought he put into choosing the route for our test drives, trying to simulate our daily driving conditions as closely as possible. Nelson's and Roy's kindness and no-pressure demeanors made the entire experience a pleasure. We also had a great experience with the service department. Joe and Jeremy went above and beyond to get snow tires put on the car before we took delivery, and they and the entire service department were friendly and welcoming. We have no doubt we're in good hands. We couldn't have asked for a better car-buying experience. More

Tire replacement We came in with one flat tire and one damaged tire as the service center was closing. They volunteered to stay for an additional hour on a Saturday. Work was conducted quickly and we were able to get on with our weekend with little delay. For a bad situation, they made it as seamless as possible. Thank you Joe and your team! More
