Joe was extremely knowledgeable, very courteous took the time to explain everything about my new Santa Fe when you go ask for him you won’t be disappointed!! Only giving it 4 stars because Jean Jacques (finance) on the other hand was rude with horrible customer service skills…wished we had a different finance rep; but other than that Everything with Joe was easy and smooth.
