I knew which car I was interested in and the staff never tried to persuade me to look at a car more expensive. I was looking to trade in my old car for the new one and they even worked with me and offered me the price I was asking for! If I were to look for another car I would definitely go back. From my first contact with them over the internet, continuing through emails and a phone call, and finally in person...everyone was polite, professional and very, very helpful. The truck was ready when I arrived, and Joe (Product Specialist) walked me through the purchase. This was the easiest, most pleasant new car purchase I have ever made! There was no pressure to purchase add-ons, and every staff member listened to what I wanted and did their best to accomodate it. I would definitely drive all the way to Phillips again for my next purchase! More
