Of course I dealt with Joe Luque, the top sales associate at Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort. I had dealt with Joe back in 2009, when I purchased a Chevy Aveo and had a pleasant experience then. This time around, I contacted Joe a week in advance to let him know that I was looking for a "new" used vehicle. He promptly responded to my e-mails and phone calls, answering questions I had, prior to my visit to the dealership today. When I arrived today he made me feel very comfortable. He had options ready to go over with me, to match the price range I was looking for. Joe assisted me with getting the optimal finance rate to meet my price. He took the time, walking the lot with me pointing out cars he thought would interest me. He let me test drive the vehicle I chose and went the extra mile to see that my price would be met. I highly recommend Joe Luque as is the man you want to see, if you are considering purchasing a vehicle, new or used, at Phillips Chevrolet. I certainly will when the time comes again. I have purchased or leased 4 vehicles now from Philiips. This place makes you feel comfortable the second you walk onto their lot or in their showroom. The "cheesy, pushy, or over the top salespeople" do not exist here! Joe Luque was AMAZING to work with. He was extremely accommodating with my family. He took the time to work with me over the phone and in person answering any questions I had regarding my lease and vehicle. Never did I feel as if Joe was just trying to close a sale or talk me into a vehicle I was not interested in. The Sales Manager Brian McMahon is always a pleasure to work with. The time he puts in with each customer is personal, genuine and helpful. Together these 2 guys make a great team that truly want to give you the best deal possible. They are consistent, professional and maintain excellent communication. Both Joe and Brian are the main reasons I keep coming back to this dealership!! More
