This time around my experience wa This place has some sheisty sales reps and managers. I came to Decozen as a returning customer to lease a vehicle. This time around my experience was horrible. During the process, I was shown a car in the dealership showroom and led to believe I was making a deal on that car. When drawing up the paperwork, the sales manager wrote a different Vin # on my lease agreement and handed me a copy of the window sticker of the car I was shown, which "mistakenly" had the Vin # cut off. On the day of pick up, I noticed the car they were giving me was different than the one I was shown (this one was not pearl whit and had no safety package). When confronted with the difference, the sales manager said he "mistakenly " picked up and handed me the wrong copy of the window sticker the day I signed the lease agreement...like c'mon!! The whole time we were talking numbers, they were referencing the showroom car and I even kept going up to look at it. The sales mgr. told me I signed the lease agreement for the car they had prepped for me and that was the car I was getting. He was quick to leave and not hang around to rectify the situation nor admit to his deceitful tactic. The finance manager however was at least willing to listen to me and help rectify the problem by giving discounts on other products. It was just so unprofessional how the sales rep and sales mgr. went about my lease experience and to sell me a car. In addition, the vehicle I got had some repairs that needed to be done. The rollers on the sunroof were not working properly and needed to be replaced, there were stains on the inside that needed cleaning, and there were also 2 chips on the door that needed touch up paint. I had to keep reaching out to the sales rep that sold my car as to what the status was on moving forward with fixing these issues. In addition, I was also having an issue with the car locks, which I wound up correcting myself by googling the issue and finding the solution. When reaching out to the sales rep, he did not respond.
