Good experience Bought two Jeeps from Joe within 2 days. Highly recommend him. This was our fourth or fifth stop and none of the other dealers made us feel as comfortable as we felt here. I didn’t feel like I was getting pressure or swindled into accepting something I wasn’t comfortable with. Highly recommend ! More

Excellent eye towards customer satisfaction I recently leased a 2017 Dodge Ram from the DeCozen Chrysler Jeep dealership in Verona, N.J. My salesman, Joe Manze, acted in a very professional I recently leased a 2017 Dodge Ram from the DeCozen Chrysler Jeep dealership in Verona, N.J. My salesman, Joe Manze, acted in a very professional manner. He was informative and personable. We discussed the different RAM models and available options and what my actual needs were with regards to usage, ridership, financial options, etc. I spent about 45 mins with Joe and, at the end, knew which vehicle I wanted and what the financial terms would be. It was a very smooth and enjoyable experience. Ask for Joe if you’re looking for a vehicle at DeCozen. I picked up my new Dodge Ram but found there was an issue with the transmission. This rarely happens but, in life, the unexpected will always rear its ugly head. When I reported this to the dealership the next day, they immediately provided me with a loner vehicle while they investigated the issue. The end result was they provided me with an alternate comparable vehicle with a couple of extra options at no charge, and included some additional benefits as well. This was all accomplished within one day. I find that those at DeCozen really do care about their customers and understand and what today's consumers expect with regards to what Customer Service. The best recommendation I can give is that I’d recommend DeCozen to my friends and family, those I care about most. I look forward to my relationship with DeCozen over the coming years. Thank you, Art Tanski More

DeCozen Makes the Stereotypical Used Car Salesman Look GREAT Like everyone else, the only reason I even gave them a star was because I had to! Absolutely, positively, the worst dealership out there. From sales t Like everyone else, the only reason I even gave them a star was because I had to! Absolutely, positively, the worst dealership out there. From sales to service, these people are criminals! Real bottom feeder types! Leased a Grand Cherokee a few years back. Upon delivery of vehicle, I was told I was being difficult because the exterior of the car had tree sap all over it and expected a detailed vehicle. Whatever, they cleaned it and I was appreciative. Fast forward maybe 2 years into the lease, with not much mileage at all, radiator goes. They try to charge me some thing $900 to fix. Well about two months ago, the lease was up. Upon trying to figure out what my options were, I was a little over the mileage, I was told by the salesman that my buyout was something like $23,000. Funny, cause my contract stated my residual value being $17,000. Then I receive a call apologizing saying the buyout was almost $19,000. Wait, WHAT? You are still trying to take advantage of me? So hands are tied and need to return this vehicle or buy it out. Low and behold, salesman stops returning my calls, nobody at the dealer can give me a solid answer. So thanks to them, I get screwed for an extra month payment! Ended up going to a dealer down in Monmouth County and turning the vehicle in through them and leasing a new Grand Cherokee. NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE... THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!! More
