The phone always goes to an automated system. The directory in the system does not connect you to the right person or any person. I always end up speaking with different people every time and I have directory in the system does not connect you to the right person or any person. I always end up speaking with different people every time and I have to call multiple times. No one ever returns a call or calls to give an update. They all seem to be nice and caring, but the concern never gets resolved and there is never a callback or update. More

I came in and ended up looking at a new car. The salesperson that i initially spoke with was not the salesperson that I worked out the deal with the next day. I was offered one deal, then the deal c salesperson that i initially spoke with was not the salesperson that I worked out the deal with the next day. I was offered one deal, then the deal changed after my credit was run (understandable enough). I was then given an offer of 4% financing with a co-signer, which then changed to 4.89% financing after it was discussed with financing. That fell through, as well and I ended up getting a much higher interest rate for a longer term. Had the higher interest rate been disclosed after my initial credit check, I probably wouldn’t have bought the car. I felt like I was pushed to make this purchase without all of the information. On top of this, once I finished signing my paperwork, no one realized I also had a trade-in, so I had to sign paperwork again. I signed three contracts with Toyota Santa Monica, each one worse than the one before it. I would never come here again because while I understand credit and financing, the communication between the sales and financing departments was terrible. More

One of your service advisers sent me away to another dealership because I complained that Santa Monica didn't have a loaner car for me to use while my Mirai was being serviced. ONe. the Mirai comes with dealership because I complained that Santa Monica didn't have a loaner car for me to use while my Mirai was being serviced. ONe. the Mirai comes with a 21 day car loaner service and Two. only Santa Monica Toyota has the equipment to service the Mirai. So, he was wrong on both counts. And they forgot to reset the service lights on the car. My car still is telling me to get windshield wiper fluid. If I didn't have to go to SM Toyota for service I'd go to Marina Del REy or Manhattan Beach. Manhattan beach is the best looking dealership around. Santa Monica is a poor reflection on the amount of business it does, it's run down and looks like a crack shack. More
