The sales staff is very friendly and does not resort to high pressure tactics. When negotiating a price they do not say "take it or leave it NOW", they give to time to think about it and let them know you high pressure tactics. I would recommend this dealership for the courtesy of their sales staff, howver, I had an unpleasant experience with the service department over work that I believed should have been covered by warranty that would somewhat temper my decision. He answers ALL of my questions in a manner that pleases me and I ask lots of questions. Even after driving my new 2013, X3 for three weeks, I had further questions and he answered them just as he has always done. I am loving my new vehicle with all the updates that I am still getting used to.
