Joe McFadden was court approximately 10 prior to arriving at BMW. It was a cold winter evening, and every sales person I met reflected the weather. Joe McFadden was courteous, incredibly knowledgable and helpful. I purchased a vehicle shortly after arriving. He spent 20 minutes familiarizing me with every aspect of the vehicle and customizing settings for all options. I am very pleased with the vehicle, and the sales portion of the purchase was the best I've ever experiences in the times I have purchased cars. Thank you Joe. More
